This mentorship program is a service-based and effort-dependent program.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will be considered only if:

• There is a clear failure or mistake from our side, such as:

  • Support not being provided as promised

  • Access to mentorship or guidance not being delivered

  • Serious miscommunication or service failure

Refund Not Applicable If:

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The participant does not implement the guidance

• The participant fails to take action or follow instructions

• The participant expects guaranteed income or quick results

• The participant changes their mind after joining

• The participant is inactive or inconsistent

• Business results are not achieved due to personal reasons

Review Process

All refund requests will be:

• Reviewed case by case

• Evaluated based on communication records and support logs

• Decided within 7 working days

Our decision after review will be final.
